Are you an English speaker looking for a new opportunity in the Czech Republic?

An international company with offices in Brno is looking for English speakers to provide excellent help and support to an expanding customer base.

As a customer care agent, you will assist customers in technical troubleshooting of their products, keeping them up-to-date with the latest products, and offering information about billing and coverage.
This is a permanent position, with no sales or weekend work required!

Full training is provided, and a number of excellent benefits are included. If you have an open-minded approach to teachnology, and love working in a team, this could be the position for you!

Requirements

– Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
– Ability to start from July 2019 onwards
– A basic level of IT/computing knowledge, with an open-minded approach to technology
– Enthusiasm and motivation to be part of an international team
