Overview

Job description

– Executing processes efficiently, on-time and with quality
– Performing daily activities oriented to service level achievement
– Acting as a contact person with business units / internal clients
– Delivering results according to the SLAs and other goals defined by SSC leadership
– Produce, validate, and distribute reports

Main duties
– Develop a proficiency in business understanding of data sources
– Work with users to define requirements for new reports
– Work with end users to develop solutions to ad-hoc analytical and reporting requests while utilizing available tools and technologies
– Utilize software such as MS Excel, SAP, SAP Business Objects and Business Intelligence to individually create or aid others in building reporting solutions
– Prepare monthly reports for Senior Management
– Responsible for delivering results according to the SLAs and other goals defined by SSC leadership

Challenges
• Be an expert on financial processes for different countries (Brazil, China, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Slovakia and USA)
• Understand and respect different cultures (from Brazil, China, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Slovakia and USA) developing a friendship and cooperative environment

Educational Specialization

Finance / Accounting / Economics or equivalent

Language skills

English – Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Experience and Education Required
• University education with focus on finance / accounting / economics or equivalent coupled with accounting designation
• Working experience from international company / SSC – nice to have

Skills and Knowledge Required
– Experience in Reporting with affinity to technical solutions
– Working knowledge of SAP
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
– Detailed and results oriented and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
– Quick learner and be interested in continuous self-improvement, must be willing to develop and grow with the company and have the desire to take on more responsibility
– Delivering clear results and meeting deadlines
