Do you speak advanced German?
Do you have experience from administrative position and are you interested in HR?

Job tasks:
– support in the administration of HR audit and compliance programs
– provide ongoing support, be a central point for issue resolution for employees, HR, vendors
– process transactions for multiple compliance programs
– validation of work authorization documents and data integrity
– respond to questions and troubleshoot program issues
– data management
– communication with internal and external service providers
– work in PeopleSoft system

The contract is for 6 month with possibility of prolongation and conversion to become core employee.

Start – asap

Requirements

– Fluent English and advanced German
– Previous experience with administration tasks, data management or customer service
– Experience with Audit / Compliance is advantage
– Solid command of MS Excel and Word
– Customer dedication and passion
– Pro-active and communicative personality
– Attention to detail
– Ability to work in an international team
