Your responsibilities would be:
– Assisting internal/external customers in requests for information and high level- issues resolution through all communication channels
– Creating various documents, references…
– Cooperation with other team members
– HR administration and other HR-related tasks/processes
– Working with theinternal database


– Upper-intermediate/fluent English and fluent French / German / Dutch language
– Experience from Administration/HR is welcome
– Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (ability to work with Excel’s basic functions)
– Professionalism and integrity
