Job description

As a IT Service Desk Analyst you will be:

  • Providing remote technical support to clients
  • Level 1 support with the main focus on Data Centre Technologies
  • Ticket coordination between client and partners
  • Basic trouble shooting supporting Data Centre Technologies with focus on Linux and Windows Servers
  • Working in enterprise environment – work on shifts- 24×7 rotation
  • Technical coordination and preparation of technical documentation and reports


You should have/know:

  • Working experience with IT help desk or call centre
  • Fluent English and German
  • Problem solving skills and be customer oriented
