Are you experienced in IT support? Do you have knowledge of IT terminology? Do you speak English and German?

As the IT Support Specialist you will be responsible for:

– Control of internal system request within EDI procedures
– Internal system requests coordination
– Every day communication with customers
– User support and business communication via mail or phone
– Incident ownership and tracking incidents in EDI system
– Creation of relevant documentation within procurement processes
– Reporting and process improvement of internal procedures

Requirements

– Communication skills in English and German
– User knowledge of MS Office
– Taste and interest in learning new things
– Reliability, diligence and team spirit
– EDI knowledge (EDI standards like EDIFACT, XML, IDOC, and others) would be an advantage
