What you’ll be doing

  • You will be a part of a motivated multicultural team supporting German speaking clients
  • You will be the first point of contact regarding technical requests via phone, mail and other apps
  • You will be working with various software tools
  • You will document all service requests and create a knowledge database
  • You will monitor progress against customer SLAs to ensure customer service levels are achieved
  • You will escalate issues to other departments if necessary


Our requirements

  • Fluent English and German
  • At least 0,5 – 1 year of working experience in a similar position
  • Intermediate knowledge of PC’s HW and SW
  • Proactive and customer orientated personality
