KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ What will your responsibilities be?

– Designing and implementing of surveys according to internal needs of business
– Coordination of operations and project partners
– Creating of online questionnaires within in-house survey platform
– Communication with external and internal customers
– Process development and improvement
– Working in an internal system SAP
– Monitoring and controlling new projects and quality management of new implementation
– Creating of technical documentation of survey processes

Requirements

– Fluent ENGLISH (GERMAN is an advantage)
– An excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access)
– Previous experiences with databases is an advantage
– An independent approach with teamwork affection
