Job description

Establish trust relationships with large clients at the top management level, with the aim of influencing the creation of business expansion opportunities in the different channels, negotiating prices, and margins that will improve the financial performance of the brand.

Regularly and systematically carry out the activity report of their area of responsibility to the Managing Director of the area. Communicate with the rest of the team so that they feel involved and responsible for the results.

Monitor the results statement, analyze the performance indicators of the team, adjust the deviations identified, and report them to the Managing Director, to ensure the reliability of the information.

Monitor the performance of team members, defining their work plan, ensuring their motivation, recognition, valorization, and performance feedback, in order to promote their development, productivity.

Control compliance with procedures necessary for the proper functioning of the Quality Management System and GDPR.

Requirements

German language – C2/native level

English language – B2/C1 level

Availability to travel, availability to work flexible hours, driving license

At least five years of experience in a similar function – Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, Team Manager
