Job description

Are you customer oriented and do you want to have interesting job with various tasks? We have right position for you in expanding international company with medical devices. Don´t hesitate to send us your CV!

Your responsibilities will be:
* coordination of customer service
* communication with clinics – processing orders and invoices
* communication with deaf people – technical and customer support
* support for sales and marketing department
* travel management tasks
* event management tasks
* administrative tasks
* participation at medical conferences

Working hours: 8:00 – 17:00, 9:00 – 18:00

Requirements

* minimum High school degree
* communicative English and Czech
* experience in customer service
* use of various software packages (ERP, CRM Systems, like Oracle/SAP)
* willingness to travel occasionally
* experience in pharmaceutical company (medical devices) is advantage
* very good communication skills
