Job description

You will provide remote support for Windows OS, Lotus Notes, Citrix and more, as well as conduct network troubleshooting, and provide mobile device support. All of this is done in an international environment in modern and comfortable offices.

You have:

· English and German at a C1 level

· 1+ year of experience in a technical customer support or other IT role

· Great Customer Service skills
