Job description

– Lead the development and implementation of the Digital Strategy for CEE markets

– Identifying the market trends and customer needs regarding digital services in this area, meet this needs and recognise the best solution for the customers – farmers

– In close cooperation with the CEE countries and HQ, define and develop digital tools

– 50% of your time will take travelling across region – 16 countries in total, but you will be based in Prague

– And of course many other tasks depending on current situation in every country


– Experience in agriculture and with FMS (Start-up is big advantage)

– Work experience in IT with emphasis on digital innovations and solutions for customers

– Fluent English knowledge

– Great communication skills
