Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining one of the largest internal deployments of Microsoft Exchange for Business in the world, providing Tier 3 customer support as well as maintenance.
Performs software installations, patching and upgrades to applications and layered software packages
Schedules changes/updates and maintains servers in accordance with established IT policies and procedures.
Develops and promotes standard operating procedures.
Conducts routine hardware and software audits of servers to ensure compliance with
established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
Responds to Tier 2 support escalations, using troubleshooting and break-fix skills to resolve issues efficiently.
Implements monthly roll-up patches on applications as required.
Covering items out of business hours and “on call” work as required
Key Competencies and Skills:
2-5 years of experience with MS Exchange administration
Experience with email routing and SMTP
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
Understanding of Active Directory
Understanding of Mobile Messaging (Mobile Iron, EAS, BB)
Desire for self-development
Ability to work as a team member
Fluent English both verbal and written
Salary 50 – 60,000 CZK
