– Month-end and year-end closing activities
– Balance sheet accounts reconciliations
– Approving invoices
– Pre-Billing initiations
– Reporting activities
– Manage Fixed Assets
– Process improvement
– Support Auditors
– Interact with management and various departments


– Good understanding of accounting procedures
– Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus
– Proficient knowledge in written and spoken English is A MUST, other EU languages are a plus
– Advanced level of Microsoft Excel is preferred, but not required
– Educational background from related field
