In the view of several new and interesting projects we are looking for a Project manager/Virtual & Hybrid Event Support.

– Support of Project Management Support in virtual, hybrid and real events
– Invitation process for internal and external guests
– Tool based participation management
– Setup and upload of digital content
– Content Management Systems
– Setup of Event Apps
– Coordination of risk management processes and support of testing routines prior to virtual events
– Continuous improvement of CMS Intranet pages
– Content training

Requirements

– Office 365

– Video and Picture Editing
– Event Apps & Participation Mgmt Software
– Ability to set up Tech-Charts
