– Technical Support and access administration
– Resolving product or platform queries
– Client reporting
– Funding and share transfer assistance
– Maintaining client data
– Fluent in Czech, English + German or French
– Strong phone contact handling skills
– Ability to follow clear guidelines and to ensure adherence to all compliance policies and procedures
– Financial backround is a plus
