Your tasks
– Supporting a team of advisors
– Sheltering the whole customer experience
– Related administrative tasks
– Dealing with more complex issues
– Controlling team acknowledgement and implementation of company procedures
– Analyzing team performance


– Ideally native Slovak and fluent English (min. B2)
– Customer-oriented approach
– Previous experience in Customer Service/Administration/Support
– Team-leading skills
