An international company in the field of technology and data solutions is looking for new German speakers to join their Brno team.

As part of the Technical Support team, you will provide a high level of technical support via email and telephone; troubleshooting problems using remote control applications, products and vendors. You’ll document and escalate problems as required, and participate in a number of internal projects.
